1.) Look at the color of your complexion and identify the undertones. ( Undertones can generally be found on the back of your hand or your wrist) look at the vein color.

2.) Blue or purple veins=Cool skin tone

      Green=Warm skin tone

      Both=Neutral skin tone

3.) If you have warm skin undertones choose a cool hair color tone 

     If you have cool skin undertones choose a warm hair color tone 

     If you have neutral skin undertones then you can choose either.
